All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We are not solely responsible for your parcel after its departure from our fulfillment zone.
Speed and price depends on product type and destination. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package. Please note that sometimes USPS does not scan packages or update their tracking so some tracking numbers may not give/have any updated information.
International shipping outside of the USA, please understand that it may take additional time to clear customs, and shipments may incur customs fees depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on a variety of factors like order value, weight, and size. We do not take responsibility for these fees. Any fees are paid to the appropriate customs agency by you, the customer.
Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. As the COVID-19 situation is getting worse, we're working with our printer to have our shipments shipped out as soon as possible but facing difficulties. Our printer has given us a rough estimate of "20-25 business days" for apparel products to be fulfilled. Other non-apparel items will have normal shipping times. This is an unprecedented time and we're doing our best to try and figure out the logistics.
